A Day in The Life of a Production Operative
As a production operative, you will work within a team in the factory to ensure the efficient production of our products. Your key requirements include:
Assist Zone Leaders to set up the production lines in accordance with requirements. Be responsible for carefully and efficiently packing a variety of cheese products for distribution. Monitor the production line to ensure products are of the best quality standards. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Maintain your workstation in line with Good Manufacturing Practices. Ensure that any issues that arise are promptly and accurately reported to the Zone LeaderKey requirements:
Reliability, punctuality, and consistency are essential to enable you to work effectively as a team member. A willingness to learn, share knowledge and develop. Adaptability and flexibility as you may be required to work in different areas of the factory, as well as perform other reasonable tasks. A willingness to work in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. Good verbal, written and numerical skills. Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential as full training will be given to ensure you can be your best.What Can We Offer in Return?
