The successful candidate will work within a team of skilled administrators in charge of ensuring the effective processing of a wide range of documents, ensuring these are checked, logged and organised in an accurate and timely fashion.

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience dealing with clients over the telephone and a strong attention to detail. Experience of working within a busy and high-volume environment is essential. They will have an organised and professional approach, and a can do attitude.

Main Duties

Compiling, maintaining and updating records. Dealing with clients face to face, by email, via telephone or via Skype. Maintaining spreadsheets and filing systems. Managing a designated workload. Coordinating communication between various departments. Oversee the distribution of travel cards. Providing general administration assistance to the client team.
