We have an exciting opportunity for a Primary Care Nurse to join our team at HMP Dovegate, a category B Prison located in Uttoxeter

Salary

This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary up to 38115 per annum - depending on experience. Part time considered.

Main duties of the job

As a Primary Care Nurse, your responsibilities will vary. You will

Provide outstanding evidence based care to our patients, seeking out, listening to and acting on their feedback, so that care is personalised and informed by what matters to them. Deliver non-judgemental care that makes a real difference, as defined throughout our bespoke Health in Justice competency framework.

Qualifications required

Registered nurse Adult Current professional qualification (NMC) Evidence of Continued Professional Development A non-judgmental and compassionate approach Understanding of clinical governance, health and safety, QOF, EBP and national standards

Although not essential ideal applicants would have experience in a hospital, community or prison environment.
