Yourmission: The Business Development Manager would play a key role inexpanding the business on the B2B landscape across the Dutch Marketwhile building relationships with new and existingaccounts.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Sellingand advising our innovative services to IT Companies/IT Recruitmentagencies andFreelancers

  • Supportin setting sales strategies to drive new customeracquisition

  • Developinga portfolio of prospects through different sources (Sales NavigatorNetworking etc) andfollowup

  • Managingthe whole sales cycle from initial prospect to finalising andclosing thedeal

  • Analysingand understanding the need in order to propose appropriatesolutions

  • Negotiatingcontracts withclients

  • Buildingand managing portfolios of clients across the appointedregions

  • Liaiseand partner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment ofserviceprovided

  • Participatein online and offlineevents

  • Ensuringthe quality of the clients and consultants experience and theoutreach of Hightekers in the Dutchmarket


Profile:

  • Fluencyin English written and spoken isessential

  • Fluencyin Dutch written and spoken would be required for therole

  • Previousexperience working in the Dutch Market in a Sales/BusinessDevelopment role is amust

  • Previousexperience working in a similar industry (or umbrella SaaS SoftwareDevelopment etc) is a must for therole

  • Previousexperience in Sales Business Development in a B2Benvironment

  • Proficientuser of CRM system and LinkedIn SalesNavigator

  • Wellspokenwith the ability to build relationships with internal and externalstakeholders

  • Astrong cando attitude and sales driven with the ability to managetime and differentprojects

  • Strongnegotiation skills and team workingspirit
