Requirements:
- Previous experience is not required
- Passion for enhancing the lives of others
- Positive, empathetic and friendly attitude
Responsibilities:
- Provide care and support to adults with learning disabilities
- Assist residents with daily activities and personal care
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for our residents
- Foster independence and promote social inclusion
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to meet the needs of residents
Working hours:
- Two week rolling rota (22.5 hours pw)
- Weekend working required
