Disability Support coordinator

The postholder will work as part of the Disability Advisory Service providing administrative support to a busy team. They will be the welcoming face to students, staff and visitors to the University of Reading. They will also aid in setting up crucial support and access to learning for students.

You will have:

  • Excellent inter-personal skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under sustained pressure and deal with students exhibiting signs of distress
  • Ability to undertake financial transaction processing and to use Excel spreadsheets to collate and present financial information
