Provide and acquire information on benefits programs and align with stakeholders and implement execution (e.g., Pension, Private Health Care, Income Protection, Group Life Insurance, Health Cashback Scheme) to manage risk and advice in timely manner. Responsible for legal templates, contract management, benchmarks and updating operational benefits outside of the Netherlands and UK Who are you? 7+ yrs. experience in Human Resources, preferably in manufacturing. Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Business. Credible, inspires trust and relates well to people of varying roles and levels. Clearly presents and coaches on values, principles, and skills Thorough knowledge of UK labor law. Strong planning and organizational skills and habits. Confident, resilient, takes initiative with proven ability to collaborate Exceptional communication skills Ability to travel occasionally to the EMEA Headquarters in the Netherlands
