Napier is currently searching for a highly organised and detail-oriented Content Assistant to join our team [for a 3-6 month contract].  

As part of Napier AI’s ongoing client relationship management process, we are required to complete regular Information Security, Due Diligence and Third Party Risk Assessment (TPRA) questionnaires. These questionnaires cover a variety of topics including data, application & network security, as well as data protection and financial issues.  

The content required to complete these questionnaires is currently saved in a number of areas across the business including previous responses, online client portals, Napier AI policies and within Responsive (our Bid Management Content software).   

Napier is now embarking on a programme of automating this process and needs to ensure that our existing content and response library are fit for purpose, accurate and comprehensive.  
What you'll be doing
  • Collating all relevant Napier content including previous written responses, policies and supporting decks.  
  • Reviewing Napier’s library of Bid Management, Information Security and Risk Assessment Questionnaire content by topic.  
  • Deduping Responsive content Library.  
  • Working with content owners, refine content to provide a model set of answers & supporting documentation, that will be fed into the new automation process / technology.  
  • Reviewing external third-part software used by clients to cross reference with existing content and source content to fill any gaps.  
  • Develop a schedule for keeping master content refreshed / up-to-date.  

Do you have what it takes?
  • A current student or recent graduate in Communications, English, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in content management, proof reading, and editing. 
  • Confident in reviewing technical content from a layman’s perspective and editing to make it easy to understand.  
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify content gaps and opportunities. 
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills. 
  • Proficient in content management systems (CMS). 
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. 
Preferred Skills: 
  • Experience with content auditing tools and meta data management. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
