Requirements

  • Build and engage with communities in the neurodiverse, education, and commercial sectors through competitive research, platform determination, audience identification, and other methods.
  • Collaborate with various business functions by joining relevant conversations to ensure consistent communication, coordinate activities, and manage reputation.
  • Continuously improve social media communities by capturing and analysing relevant social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, recommending actionable strategies.
  • Respond promptly to incoming customer activity on both paid and organic channels, ensuring excellent customer service and brand representation.
  • Monitor trending topics and conversations to enhance the profile and visibility of our brands.
  • Contribute to the adaptation and development of our brand's tone of voice across social media platforms.
  • Build reports and draw insights from key metrics to inform strategic decision-making and campaign optimization.
  • Conduct regular social listening exercises to gather customer persona data and insights.
  • Support social media campaigns aligned with the wider marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing with 2+ years of experience, demonstrating social networking expertise and knowledge of social analytical tools.
  • Positive attitude, detail-oriented, customer-focused, with strong multitasking and organisational abilities.
  • Experience with professional social media marketing on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative content and campaigns.
