The Role

As our SEO, SEM & Social Media Specialist, you’ll be an integral part of our buzzing digital marketing team. You’ll take charge of every stage of the client journey, from pitching innovative ideas and crafting strategic plans to managing budgets, executing impactful campaigns, and delivering insightful reports. Additionally, you’ll lead the social media efforts, creating and managing content that drives engagement and builds brand loyalty across multiple platforms.


What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and Manage SEO Efforts: Optimize and elevate search rankings for multiple clients across various industries.
  • Strategize and Execute SEM Campaigns: Drive successful advertising campaigns on Google and Microsoft platforms.
  • Social Media Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement social media strategies that align with clients' goals, creating engaging content and managing daily social media activities across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and more.
  • Content Creation: Craft compelling social media posts, blogs, and multimedia content that resonate with audiences and support broader digital marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize Your Analytical Prowess: Dive deep into tools like Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, and social media analytics to extract meaningful insights and refine strategies.
  • Engage with Clients: Confidently present results, strategies, and training sessions both internally and at client meetings.
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with our creative and account management teams to deliver cohesive and effective marketing solutions.
  • Deliver Results: Compile monthly social media calendars, SEO/SEM performance reports, and ROI analyses, showcasing the tangible impact of your campaigns.
  • Drive New Business: Assist in preparing and presenting compelling digital marketing strategies for potential new clients.


What We're Looking For


The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Expertise in Digital Marketing: A strong working knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing, including content creation and platform management.
  • A Creative and Proactive Mindset: A "can-do" attitude with a passion for pushing boundaries and delivering standout results.
  • Social Media Savvy: Experience with social media platforms and tools, with a proven track record of creating and managing successful social media campaigns.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and engagingly to clients and team members alike.
  • Proven Experience: A track record of successfully managing multiple digital marketing projects and campaigns simultaneously, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Technical Savvy: Proficiency with industry tools such as SEMrush, SpyFu, Google Tag Manager, social media management platforms, and a keen understanding of the latest Google algorithms and best practices.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and self-motivated, capable of completing projects from start to finish within set deadlines and budgets.
  • Strong Computer Skills: Comfortable navigating various software and digital platforms with ease.
