Do you like your work to be varied, busy and rewarding? At Paradigm it’s important that we that we turnaround our empty properties quickly so that we can provide homes to people who need them. In this role you will be expected to take full ownership of the workload management for our Void’s Repairs team, effectively administering repairs processes, reviewing against the project plan to ensure that all necessary repairs are completed in line with our standards and properties are handed back for letting within our target timescales. Effective management of our empty homes is a key part of this role. We have a great team within our Property (Services) directorate, where there is plenty of opportunity to develop your career if you want to, it’s also fine if you don’t.

What we're looking for: Our ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, be results-driven, proactive and extremely organised.

The skills experience and knowledge, required to succeed in this position include great communication and negotiation skills, contractor management, project planning, efficient prioritisation and management of workload, building stakeholder relationships to ensure that the team meet required Void Repairs key performance indicators. Intermediate IT skills with report writing ability and a practical problem-solving mind. Void management, property repairs knowledge or lettings experience would be advantageous.
