Your dutiesas a Nurse willinclude:

  • Leadingsupervising and training the careteam.
  • GeneralNursingduties.
  • Beingresponsible for ordering storing and administeringmedication.
  • Keepingprecise up to daterecords.
  • Maintainingthe client s dignity and respect at alltimes.
  • Achievingthe highest possible standard of care in a professional mannerthrough direct nursing care and effective supervision ofstaff.
  • Takingmanagement responsibility for shift asdirected.

Aboutyou the idealNurse:
  • Youll need to be passionate about what you do and that means leadingbyexample.
  • Youwill need to be a first level Nurse(RMN/RGN/RNLD) with a currentPIN.
  • Youmust be wellorganised.
  • Beable work on your own initiative and make effective decisionswhilst working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Youshould be up to date with current evidence based practice and havea working knowledge of CQC Standards and Regulations.
  • Youshould be registered with the NMC and have a satisfactoryDBS.
