Who are you?

You are STEM degree educated, with experience working in anengineering or infrastructure environment. You may even have IOSH orNEBOSH qualifications. As an engineer you get excited at the prospectof ensuring HSE needs are at the core of our cutting edge batterystorage projects.

• Have experience working in an HSE capacity in an engineering,construction or maintenance environment

• Be able to actively communicate with colleagues company wide,sharing HSE best practices

• Have a working knowledge of the UK HSE regulations and complianceframework

• Be a positive, self-motivated individual who proactively solvesproblems before they arise

• Have a strong sense of personal responsibility, being motivated by ajob well done

• Belief that positive outcomes are the inevitable outcome ofcollective hard work

What will you bedoing?

• Planning, implementing, and maintaining Norikers HSE managementsystem, policies and procedures

• Supporting projects from proposal and planning to delivery in HSErequirements

• Provide HSE inductions for personnel, monitoring HSE behaviourduring construction and operations, arranging training wherenecessary

• Conduct HSE inspections, incident investigations, and audits,assisting resultant action plan implementation

• Ensure contractor engagement meets with Norikers HSE standardson-site

• Maintain all relevant records

• Report on company and contractor HSE performance to Stakeholders
