KeyResponsibilities:
  • Build andmaintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants providingexceptional customerservice.
  • Manage the entirelettings process from initial inquiry to movein ensuring a smoothand efficienttransaction.
  • Arrange and conductproperty viewings showcasing properties to prospectivetenants.
  • Negotiate rentalterms between landlords and tenants striving to achieve the bestpossible outcome for allparties.
  • Stay updated withlocal rental market trends and provide insights toclients.
  • Handle all necessarypaperwork and administrative duties related to propertylettings.

The IdealCandidate:
  • Provenexperience in a lettings role preferably within the propertyindustry.
  • Strong negotiationand communicationskills.
  • Excellent customerservice skills with a clientfocusedapproach.
  • Ability to work in afastpaced targetdrivenenvironment.
  • Good organisationalskills and attention todetail.
  • Knowledge of thelocal rental market is anadvantage.
  • A valid UK drivinglicense and access to avehicle.
