The role:

To own the Molton Brown new product information database which holds the data needed to launch and trade Molton Brown products. Ensure all data is input correctly by the responsible departments according to project timelines. Create reporting to provide data to Sales colleagues. Own the database and resolve any queries/issues or escalate them as appropriate. Ensure changes and updates are communicated clearly in a timely manner. Manage any changes to data required. Assist in any other related project management tasks as appropriate.

What you will do:

Own the Product Set-Up Information Database: Ensure all required information for new products is input by departments according to the relevant project timeline. Chase missing or incorrect information and escalate where appropriate. Address any format/technical issues or escalate. Add or remove data fields according to business needs. Archive obsolete or discontinued SKU information. Update the file with latest project launch dates.Own associated reporting: Run the dashboard for relevant projects to track teams progress in terms of data input. Create weekly updates to the business and share with relevant teams/leadership. Manage product information queries: Be the first point of contact for all business queries relating to product data. Ensure that these are answered according to SLA, or passed on to relevant department/escalated as appropriate. Own the associated MS Teams group and email distribution lists: Own MS Teams group associated with the data. Respond to queries regarding missing data or clarifications. Manage the user list and ensure they have the correct database permissions. Manage email lists for NPD project communications to ensure the correct departments/individuals are kept informed of project updates. Develop the database according to evolving business needs: Complete alterations to the existing database and be involved in larger scale projects to upgrade our product data capabilities as necessary. Assist with related Project Management and Product Data Tasks: Answer ad-hoc business requests for product data. Provide data for wholesale customer forms and sell-in sheets. Assist with any other tasks to aid member of the Project Management Team.

What you will need:

At least 3+ years previous process/co-ordination experience within a brand or retail organisation (would suit those with backgrounds such as merchandising, finance, project management).Comfortable working with Excel (intermediate to advanced level) and PowerPoint.Beauty sector experience is an advantage but not essential.Experience of supporting a wide range of internal and external customers within a multi-channel business to achieve deadlines.Intermediate level of Excel (need to have knowledge of VLook ups/Pivot Tables/IF statements)Experience of working with a SAP ERP platform would be advantageousBuild up and maintain good business relationship with multi-channel commercial teamsMS Access and SQL database experience a plus
