Summary.

Weare seeking a Technical Consultant to work in our PartnerEnablement team to support our partners and customers helping toscope and implement document management projects for our DynamicsISV and other ERP solutions.

In this positionyou will work with various stakeholders such as our customersinternal resources and importantly partners. You will need to helpcustomers and partners implement our software efficiently whilemaintaining high standards of quality. You will also be trainingcustomers and partners in our software helping them with advancedconfigurations and proactively working to improve the competencyand engagement of our partners.

You willundertake technical tasks such as software installationconfiguration report building and interfacing with other systems.You will be responsible for maintaining tasks within resourcebudgets managing deliverables to the schedule and keeping accuraterecords. You will also be engaging proactively with partnersbuilding relationships within their project teams and (alongsidetheir Formpipe Account Manager) supporting their growth as aFormpipe Partner.

The ideal candidate will havesome direct experience in a technical support or technicalconsultant role within a Dynamics implementation company (D365FO orD365CE is ideal) or on a specific ISV product. But it is importantto note that this role is not a purely Dynamics specializedposition. It is a specific ISV consultant role where you willleverage any knowledge and experience with the inner workings ofD365FO or D365CE to expand your learning and your career as aFormpipe Technical Consultant in the Partner Enablement Team.

This role will provide the opportunity to learnnew skills as both a technical consultant and as part of aninnovative and marketleading software vendor. You will haveresponsibility for helping our partners to achieve success withtheir customer projects and you will have the chance to increaseyour subject matter expertise in a variety of ways.

You will need to be confident and comfortable toadopt the responsibilities of a role that requires technicalability with our software and as a proactive partner enablementteam member. Full training in our software will be provided. As amember of the Partner Enablement Team you will need to bepassionate about customer service demonstrate excellentcommunication be willing to work across multiple workstreams andthrive in a supportive team environment.

Duties andResponsibilities.

  • Providetraining and assistance to Formpipe Partners through onboardingworkshops and ongoing engagement.
  • Providetechnical delivery and consultancy services with our partners ontheir customer projects
  • Sometimes act as alead consultant for the delivery of our software with a partner oroccasionally directly with customers.
  • Act asthe SME and technical resource for installation configuration andinterfacing
  • If required assist with theTechnical Support team with live customers on delivered projects.
  • Scope and discuss technical requirements withcustomers and other concerned parties
  • Delivertraining to customers and partners using a standardised curriculum
  • Form development / building report templatesfor customers acting as a champion of best practice
  • Provide and understand system architecturedesigns
  • Present technical architecture andsolutions to a variety of stakeholders within the project
  • Create/Edit documentation or trainingmaterials (such as short how to recordings) to maintain highstandards of Best Practice.
  • Attend regularmeetings with the customer and implementation partners to ensureproject delivery is on track
  • Displayflexibility and problemsolving skills
  • Nurturethe partner (in particular new partners) through key milestonessuch as SIT UAT and golive
  • Occasional travelto customer/partner sites (Travel expectation is 10% or less)

Knowledge andExperience.

Essential:

  • 2yearsexperience working with a Dynamics solution/provider(D365FO/CE). Please provide details on your experience inyour application.
  • ExcellentCustomer service skills through all channels (telephone emailfacetoface). Comfortable and confident in customer service withinternal customers external customers and partners
  • Technically competent with the ability andwillingness to learn a new software solution.
  • Proactive mindset able to identifyopportunities and work independently to encourage and influencestakeholders.
  • Practical experience in defininguser requirements and scope. Able to create internal andcustomerfacing solution documentation.
  • Experience working collaboratively with otherteam members to achieve deadlines.
  • Demonstratean ability to problemsolve and collaborate with colleaguescustomers and partners in order to resolve complex issues
  • Ability in sharing of knowledge with internalteams

Desirable:

  • Experienceworking with other ERP solutions or Core Banking platforms
  • Experience in delivering training
  • Creation and review of Functional DesignDocuments or equivalent
  • Experience working onprojects involving multiple vendors/partners
  • Experience in testing and defect resolution
  • Experience in creating standard documentationtemplates and user guides
  • Knowledge ofdocument composition tools e.g. Lasernet Bottomline Transform etc.
  • Formpipe is an Englishspeaking business but acandidate with French language skills (reading/writing/speaking ata business/technical level) would be considered favourably
