Responsibilities

Reporting to the Client Service Desk Manager, the Compliance Manager’s role is key to ensuring the integrity of compliance data across the operational portfolio. They will be responsible for a team of compliance administrators to ensure adherence to all relevant legal requirements and internal policies and procedures.

They will establish effective management processes and support compliance team in maintaining all parts of the compliance monitoring system and ensure asset certification is up to date and in an accurate condition. They will maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous performance improvement.

Qualifications

Skills

Able to effectively manage and motivate a team. High degree of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail. Excellent organisational and time management skills Effective communication skills at all levels both within and outside of the organisation. Good analytical skills and familiar with the use of Microsoft Packages, CAFM and Reporting software. A working knowledge of FM compliance and HSE legislation is desirable but not essential.

Knowledge and Qualifications

Strong compliance knowledge Ideally, we would like you to have; experience of working in a fast-paced environment and previous office administration/ data entry experience would be advantageous. IOSH qualification desirable.
