Your mission

Join our growing Operations Team to facilitate job scheduling, quote creation, stock ordering and field engineer support; helping us operate efficiently to achieve our annual business goals.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities

The specific accountabilities of this flexible role may alter from time to time in order to meet the needs of the business / client, but accountabilities will include (or be equivalent in nature to) those listed below:

  • Provide professional advice and information in relation to Allsaved Ltd 

  • Provide a first point of contact service for Allsaved Ltd, triaging calls and emails to colleagues.

  • Provide support to the team, to ensure that the company operates and develops effectively for the benefit of our clients.  For example: 

    • Issuing of Purchase/Work Orders

    • Ordering and processing of stock

    • Taking in and receipting deliveries (including manual handling)

    • Scheduling of service works

    • Ordering and maintaining levels of stationary

    • Quotations

    • Date cleansing

    • Checking jobs cards

    • Liaising with contractors and suppliers

    • Ad hoc tasks

  • Provided day to day support to engineers and risk assessors as required to enable prompt and effective execution of their work.

  • Create and maintain effective working relationships with clients, team colleagues and external partners/organisations through effective interaction, sound communication and good interpersonal skills.

  • Challenge existing practices and generate ideas and solutions, recognising and balancing risks with reward, meeting agreed timescales.

  • Ensure own work is completed in line with the allocated schedule and to required quality standards.

  • Maintain a high representation of the Allsaved brand, through exceptional personal and professional standards (including Allsaved equipment, materials and vehicles).

  • Remain up to date and compliant with all relevant legislation, organisational procedures, policies and professional codes of conduct in order to uphold standards of best practice.

  • Ensure full compliance to all Quality, Environmental Health and Safety directives, Personal Protective Equipment, Accident Reporting as well as internal Allsaved safety standards.

Role Demands

  • Initiative – Competently organises own workload and responds to unanticipated problems

  • The job requires the post holder to respond to priorities and interruptions from the three different divisions of the business.
