Nursing Home Manager (Nurse Qualified)

Salary: £85,000 + Bonus Scheme

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Nursing Qualification: Registered Nurse (RN) with valid NMC registration.
  • Proven Leadership: Successful track record as a Home Manager, achieving Good or Outstanding CQC results.
  • Passion for Care: Strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care that improves residents' lives.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring and motivating your team.
