Job Duties:- Supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in the classroom
- Assisting the teacher in implementing individual education plans
- Providing one-on-one support to students with learning difficulties
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Experience working with children or individuals with SEN
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Experience:Prior experience working with children or individuals with SEN
Knowledge and Skills:- Understanding of Special Educational Needs and Inclusive Education
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles
- Strong communication skills
- Patience and empathy
- Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- First Aid certification
- Working hours: Full-Time
- Temporary position

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
