As the Sales Manager of Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons you will be responsible for leading, delivering and managing the sales strategy of the hotel. This role requires a strong background in Sales, a deep understanding of the luxury travel industry and the ability to drive revenue growth.

 

Primary Responsibilities Include 

·         Lead and manage the sales team

·         Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

·         Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners

·         Analysing sales data to identify opportunities for growth

·         Collaborate with other departments and outside property sales teams to ensure alignment and maximise sales potential

·         Stay up to date with key industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements

What You Bring:

·         Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, preferably in the luxury travel industry

·         Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets

·         Strong leadership and management skills

·         Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners

·         Analytical mindset and ability to interpret sales data

·         Flexibility to travel as required
