Kings House provides compassionate support to individuals experiencing complex mental health issues, driven by an enthusiastic, professional staff team dedicated to providing person centred care.
The support delivered is tailored to and developed with an individual encompassing all aspects of wellbeing including mental, physical, spiritual and daily living skills. Our goal is to increase independence and feelings of accomplishment & assisting people to move on to more independent living.
The service is ran in collaboration with service users, encouraging feedback and involvement in all areas of decision making.
Kings House is a CQC Registered Accommodation Service based close to Westbourne Centre.
The service accommodates 17 residents & a variety of activities are held daily to encourage service user participation to develop skills, learn new coping strategies and to arouse new interests.
The service is staffed 24 hours with two members of staff sleeping in overnight.
We are looking for a motivated individual with experience of caring or supporting individuals with mental health issues to work alongside the residents, putting them at the heart of all we do.
