We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a supportive secondary school in Dagenham. This is a full-time role, starting on a temporary basis in January 2025, with the potential to transition into a permanent position. Our client, a well-established all-girls secondary school, provides a positive and inclusive environment, where students with learning differences such as ADHD, autism, and dyslexia receive specialised support through the school’s Neurodiversity Hub.
As an LSA, you will work closely with students in the classroom, providing tailored support to ensure they can engage with the curriculum and succeed academically. - Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that encourages student independence and confidence.
- Support students in developing self-management and social skills.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience working with young people, ideally in a secondary school setting.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a flexible, proactive approach.
- A passion for supporting young people in their educational journeys.
Desirable:
- Experience in a specialist or neurodiverse setting.
- Relevant qualifications in education or special needs support.
