Personal Tax Manager

TPFRecruitment is delighted to partner with a leading independent firmof Chartered Accountants in High Wycombe. We are seeking adedicated Personal Tax Manager to join their esteemed team. Thisrole offers the opportunity to work within a successful growing taxteam providing a diverse range of personal tax services toindividuals directors and highnetworth clients. There will also beopportunities to progress in the future for the successfulcandidate.
This role isideally suited for someone working as either a Personal TaxAssistant Manager or Manager within a firm of CharteredAccountants.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Overseeall personal tax clients in your allocatedportfolio.
- Managethe daytoday tax compliance affairs of clients ensuring adherenceto professionalstandards.
- Identifyand consult on complex technical and risk matters with colleaguesand the Tax Partner exercising judgement within agreedparameters.
- Providingadhoc advisory and planning services across CGT IHT andTrusts.
- Developand maintain professional relationships with clients and within thefirm.
- Supportand review the work of junior staffmembers.
Requirements
- ACCA/ ACA / ATT or CTAqualified.
- Previousexperience in personal tax compliance and planning isadvantageous.
- Solidexperience working within an accountancypractice.
- Ideally5 years of experience in PersonalTax.
- Excellentcommunicationskills.
