We are now recruiting for Associate Improvement Engineers, within the Engineering department, to work across several areas covering polymer manufacture, clean / sterile manufacture as well as primary and secondary packing.

Accountabilities:

This role within the team sits within the Improvement Engineering team and is a proven route to becoming an Improvement Engineer. The successful candidates will bring with them technical expertise that has an immediate benefit to the team and the projects that they deliver. As an Associate Improvement Engineer, you will develop the qualification and project management skills required to deliver small to medium scale asset improvement initiatives within the department.

Essential Skills/Experience:

Relevant technical/engineering qualification (or appropriate experience) Experienced in supporting delivery of equipment/process improvements in a regulated environment including applying change control / change management. Knowledge of Technical report writing Technical support within a manufacturing environment including problem solving Effective influencing skills and stakeholder management with all levels of staff

Desirable Skills/Experience:

Experience within a sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing environment Experience writing / executing equipment qualification and validation documentation Ability to pick up and apply new technology to make process or procedure improvements Mechanical Design Autodesk Inventor / 3D Printing Health & Safety: Risk Assessments, COSHH, PUWER, IOSH Managing Safety Experience with robotics VHP systems experience
