Brand & Marketing Lead

 

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 months, part-time

 

Job Description:

We are a dynamic and growing consultancy and recruitment company dedicated to connecting top talent with leading organisations. As we expand, we're looking for a motivated and creative intern to join our team as a Brand & Marketing Lead. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in brand management, marketing strategy and digital content creation in a supportive and collaborative environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation & Management:

   - Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, blog posts, and website updates.

   - Lead in developing and managing the content calendar to ensure timely publication.

   - Assist in creating event materials and promotional content.

   - Design graphics and marketing collateral using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.

 

2. Brand Development:

   - Assist in developing and implementing the company’s brand strategy.

   - Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and communications.

   - Conduct market research to understand competitive landscape and identify brand positioning opportunities.

 

 

3. Social Media Management:

   - Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

   - Monitor and respond to social media interactions.

   - Analyse social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance.

 

4. Digital Marketing:

   - Assist with SEO strategies to improve website visibility.

   - Assist with paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media.

 

5. Analytics & Reporting:

- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing activities.

- Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.



Requirements

Your skillset:

- Background in Marketing, Communications, Business, Consulting or a related field.

- German proficiency is essential (B2 and above)

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).

- Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
