Secondary Teacher (QTS) – Full time – Okehampton

Position: Secondary Teacher (QTS)
Salary Range: £120-£180 per day
Location: Okehampton
Start Date: Immediately

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize expertise to create individualized learning plans for students with special educational needs.
  • Work closely with educational psychologists and speech therapists.
  • Develop comprehensive support strategies collaboratively.
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere where all students feel valued and supported.
  • Continuously monitor student progress.
  • Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet each student’s unique needs.

Requirements:

  • Craft personalised learning plans for students with special educational needs.
  • Collaborate closely with educational psychologists and speech therapists.
  • Develop comprehensive support strategies through teamwork.
  • Foster an inclusive environment where every student feels valued and supported.
  • Regularly monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
