Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team, focusing on the architecture and interior design space. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the industry, a passion for connecting talent with opportunity, and the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the architecture and interior design sectors.
  • Understand client needs, company culture, and project requirements to ensure the best talent match.
  • Provide expert advice on recruitment strategies, market trends, and salary benchmarks.


Candidate Sourcing & Management:

  • Source, attract, and engage top-tier candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry referrals.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage candidate relationships, providing feedback, guidance, and support throughout the recruitment process.


Recruitment Process Management:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial job brief to offer negotiation and placement.
  • Write compelling job descriptions and advertise roles effectively to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional process for both clients and candidates.
  • Negotiate job offers and salary packages between clients and candidates, ensuring a win-win outcome.


Market Research & Business Development:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and emerging talent in the architecture and interior design sectors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the client base and market reach.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's presence and reputation.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role, preferably within the architecture and interior design sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of the architecture and interior design industry, including key roles, skill sets, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other digital tools.
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
