They are looking to hire a SaaS Project Manager who will be responsible for the implementation of their solutions for clients nationally and occasionally assist with projects internationally.


Location:


Hybrid (Head office near Feltham, UK with a minimum of 1 day in the office per week)



Client Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SaaS Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with a strong background in SaaS solution implementation. The role requires proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and experience using Jira. A PRINCE2 or Scrum certification or relevant experience is highly desirable.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage SaaS implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including development, sales, and customer support to ensure project success.
  • Utilize Agile and Waterfall methodologies to manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Employ Jira for project tracking, issue management, and reporting.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to company project management standards and best practices.
  • Facilitate project meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Manage project risks and develop mitigation plans.


Qualifications and Experience:


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in SaaS solution implementation.
  • Proven experience in a software company environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong proficiency in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience using Jira for project management.
  • PRINCE2 or Scrum certification, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.


Education:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Or relevant commercial experience and certifications relating to Scrum and Project management.
