Overview:
This opportunity for a commercially-focused and experienced individual to join Their team as M&E Sales Manager. You will strive to deliver and surpass all targets, whilst leading and motivating your team to maximise revenue across the Hotel and exceed client expectations.
The Role:
? Maximise all Group, Conference, Sports and Event revenue opportunities through effective management of the M&E Sales team.
? Review business plans, identify gaps and ensure proactive efforts to meet targets.
? Create bespoke contracts; tailored for individual clients, using your impeccable eye for detail.? Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability when personalising client needs and the changing demand and priorities of the business.? Contribute to the selling strategy, ensuring the team are aligned and equipped to deliver.
? Maintain a good knowledge of the competitor set; taking actions to ensure They hold position within the local market.
Salary and Benefits:
They are offering a salary of up to 50,000 per annum plus bonus.
