Role Overview: Sales Director (UK)

The Sales Director will be responsible for driving new business growth, building key relationships, and expanding the client base. Working directly with senior management, the role focuses on identifying sales opportunities, nurturing high-impact engagements, and positioning the company as a strategic partner for clients. This individual will leverage market intelligence, financial acumen, and consultative selling techniques to meet ambitious targets, playing a crucial role in the company’s UK expansion strategy.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Craft and execute a targeted sales strategy to engage large enterprises, ensuring strong alignment with the firm's growth objectives and client needs.
  • New Business Acquisition: Identify, pursue, and close new client accounts within the UK, leveraging an existing network and sector expertise.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across finance, procurement, and operations departments.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor movements, and evolving client needs, positioning the firm as a thought leader in recovery audit and analytics.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience and ongoing support.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management, identifying risks and new growth opportunities.


Your Profile

Ideal candidates will possess a robust background in financial analytics, business process outsourcing, or technology-driven services, along with a proven track record in consultative selling to enterprise clients.


Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in a sales role within financial services, analytics, procurement, or a similar field.
  • Client-Centric: Demonstrated ability to understand client pain points, present tailored solutions, and build long-term client trust.
  • Financial & Business Acumen: Strong understanding of financial processes, recovery audits, and the impact of data analytics on organizational efficiency.
  • Relationship Builder: Extensive network within target industries (retail, healthcare, manufacturing, finance) and a natural ability to engage high-level stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to align sales strategies with broader company goals, balancing short-term wins with long-term growth.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and present effectively to senior stakeholders.
