An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Resourcer to join Partful on a part time basis of 4 days a week with two days in the office. This is a new role and therefore an excellent opportunity to shape our recruitment and provide you with a clear career path to becoming our Talent Acquisition Manager. You will work closely with the Head of People and Culture to shape the future of our talent and play a critical role in recruitment sourcing, identifying, and engaging top talent for a variety of roles at Partful.


The role:

  • You will write engaging job descriptions and manage the application process including conducting screening calls and candidate searches using various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks. If you have experience in tech recruitment and X-ray/ Github searching this would be highly advantageous.
  • You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide timely updates.
  • Be passionate about the candidate experience at Partful by building and maintaining relationships with candidates through consistent communication and progress follow-up.
  • Manage talent pipelines and identify trends in applications.
  • Assist and facilitate the onboarding process for new starters.
  • Assist with general People/HR responsibilities, including developing processes, holiday administration, employee surveys, asset management.
  • Work as part of a team, supporting colleagues and promoting a positive work environment and championing culture at Partful.
  • Assist in our (ED&I) focus enabling Partful to build a culture of creativity, collaboration and care where employees are encouraged to bring their whole selves to work and be inspired to share their passion, talents and ideas.


About you:

  • Previous experience in a Resourcing role recruiting for a range of job roles through a variety of methods.
  • Inquisitive, emotionally intelligent and conscientious with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to own the candidate journey from identification through to qualification and champion a positive unrivalled employee experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes at one time with a portfolio of candidates and have a detailed knowledge of each candidate.
  • The ability to listen and learn and continuously strive to improve.
  • Salary is £30,000 (pro rata'd 4 days a week)
