  • NUSA STUDIOS is a social-first content studio. We’re an agile team of 12 in-house creatives, producers, shooters and editors.
  • Founded during the pandemic, we’ve created thumb-stopping content for some of the world's most recognised brands including Ford, Casio & Nandos, as well as a few of the hottest startups such as Surreal, Lucky Saint & Lick.
  • We’re looking for a resourceful and driven, full-time marketing manager to join us on our mission in creating the best social-first content on the planet.


Responsibilities:

  • Developing a deep understanding of our target customer through market research activity.
  • You’ll be customer obsessed and focussed on ensuring our proposition is not only relevant, but front of mind with our target prospects as you help us build a highly qualified sales pipeline.
  • Building and executing all aspects of our marketing plan across events, content, social, PR, case studies, thought-leadership material, awards, SEO, PPC etc.
  • Allocate and manage a marketing budget, ensuring a good ROI on all spend.
  • Regularly tracking, measuring and reporting on marketing KPIs.
  • Developing and maintaining partnerships with other agencies and collaborators.
  • Helping us create and deliver an unrivalled employee value proposition and make us one of the most desirable studios to work at.
  • Someone who can join us and take the lead with our marketing, working across the usual channels but feels confident to explore newer and less-used tactics too.
  • Ultimately, drive growth to help us achieve our business and marketing objectives.


The Individual:

  • 3+ years experience in a marketing role at an agency or service business (rather than a product based business).
  • A great understanding of the following industries: production/marketing/social media.
  • Have worked in a busy agency environment or equivalent before, and are comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously to tight deadlines.
  • Confident producing written content: short and long form. With the ability to create compelling decks and emails to win projects and attract new clients.
  • Basic creative skills like graphic asset editing and video editing.
  • Organised with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience using project management and CRM tools such as the Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Trello, Hubspot, or similar.
  • Independence to work on your own, take initiative and innovate processes.

Salary:

  • £35-40k (Depending on experience)
