Reporting to: Board of Directors


Overview:

Our client, a leading global fashion brand, is seeking a seasoned Operations Director to streamline order and inventory operations across Europe and the Middle East. The role involves close collaboration with Distributors and Licensees to ensure accurate, efficient, and strategically aligned order management.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Order & Inventory Oversight:
  • Review and manage current and future orders with Distributors and Licensees, ensuring accuracy.
  • Reconcile inventory across warehouses and distribution centres, identifying any discrepancies between physical counts and recorded data.
  1. Sales & Forecast Analysis:
  • Generate reports on current sales orders and analyse orders in progress for the upcoming season.
  • Provide insights to guide production and inventory decisions, aligning seasonal planning with sales targets.
  1. Cross-functional Collaboration & Reporting:
  • Extract and consolidate data across departments, presenting key findings and recommendations to the Board.
  • Identify inefficiencies and discrepancies in stock, pricing, and order management, implementing solutions where needed.


Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in operations within the fashion industry, especially with distributors and licensees.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and ERP systems, with strong skills in reporting and presenting to senior leadership.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and communication skills.



This fixed term contract role has potential to get extended.

Salary: Good market rate, depending on expereince and skills.
