STAHLS' UK is the UK division of the internationally renowned GroupeSTAHL, the leader in Heat Transfer Technology. We specialise in manufacturing heat-applied transfers, heat press equipment, and HTV materials, serving both B2B and B2C markets.

The Role
Customer Service Manager - STAHLS' UK
The Customer Service department is the first point of contact for our customers and a vital part of our team at STAHLS' UK. We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Office Manager to deliver exceptional customer service and promote this ethos throughout the business and team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance the customer service experience, cultivate engaged customers, and support organic growth.
- Supervise daily operations in the customer service department.
- Address customer service issues promptly.
- Interact with customers daily, answering questions and directing them to the appropriate services.
- Develop and implement effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
- Set and consistently meet customer satisfaction targets with the team and share with CS leads internationally
- Analyse statistics and compile accurate, detailed reports.
- Train, mentor, and manage Customer Service Assistants, fostering their skill development and career growth.
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls and emails.
Skills Required
- Ideally knowledge of print processes, digital print, screen print and experience of art working.
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager and Office Manager. Min 5 years in leadership position.
- Experience in providing customer service support.
- Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software relevant to the industry, Freshdesk, Zendesk, CRM (Keap), MSOffice suite.
- Professional and confident telephone manner.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to organise workload to meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Proven ability to lead teams
- Ideally experience in manufacturing and equipment support
