?? We are a leading recruitment company who is looking for a proactive and dynamic Administrator to join our clients
�? My client are dedicated to providing exceptional care for our residents, and as an Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our care home.
?? Your responsibilities will include:
- Efficiently managing administrative tasks, such as document control and record keeping.
- Assisting with financial management, including processing invoices and payroll.
- Supporting the HR department with recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Coordinating meetings, arranging appointments, and managing calendars.
- Assisting with reception duties, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
?? You will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced and passionate staff, making a real difference in the lives of our residents.
�? To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- Strong organisational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- The ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
? This is a temporary full-time role, offering a competitive hourly rate ranging from £11.44 to £12.50.
?? Driving is not required for this role, however it is recommended due to location of the client.
