About the Role:

  • Currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie/Chef Tournant
  • Typical working days (Monday to Friday) with weekends off
  • Reporting to Senior Sous Chef and Head Chef
  • Preparing, cooking, and serving fresh, local produce
  • Supporting team members
  • Adhering to food safety systems
  • Managing health and safety
  • Managing food hygiene practices

About You:

Looking for a professional individual with exceptional attention to detail. Must be a self-starter capable of working independently with high performance levels.

Candidates should be organized, methodical, and adaptable.

Requirements/Qualifications/Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role in a quality hotel or restaurant
  • Food Hygiene certificate
  • DBS
  • NVQ Level 2 or higher
  • Own Transport (preferable)
