Chef de Partie/Chef TournantAbout the Role:We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie/Chef TournantHours:Typical working days are (Apply online only), to include weekends, with set days offThis role will include:Reporting in to the Senior Sous Chef and Head Chef, your duties will include (but are not limited to):Preparing, cooking and serving, fresh, local produce to an extremely high standardSupporting fellow team membersContributing and adapting to day-to-day events as they unfoldAdhering to set food safety systemsAssisting with the management of health and safetyAssisting with the management of food hygiene practices About You:Our client is looking for a professional individual who has an outstanding attention to detail. The ideal individualwill be a self-starter capable of working on routine tasks with minimum supervision, as well as having a consistent high level of performance, even when under pressure.
