Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion Oncology Marketing Strategy: Act as a key advocate for the oncology marketing strategy, fostering cross-departmental collaboration and ensuring the seamless execution of marketing activities.
  • Tailor Marketing Materials: Design and deliver marketing materials that resonate with customer needs for all brands. Collaborate closely with UK commercial, medical teams, and European marketing counterparts to ensure cohesion.
  • Identify and Respond to Customer Needs: Stay ahead of emerging customer requirements by developing bespoke solutions and initiatives, drawing from both qualitative and quantitative insights.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Experience with Drug Launches: Proven track record of successfully launching new drugs in the UK, from pre-Marketing Authorization to driving post-launch adoption.
  • Understanding of NHS: Comprehensive knowledge of the National Health Service (NHS) across the UK, including its structure and operational nuances.
  • Marketing Strategy Expertise: Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective marketing strategies across diverse channels, with an emphasis on integrated digital solutions.

  • Medical Affairs Knowledge: Broad understanding of medical affairs, market access, pricing, reimbursement functions, and their interrelationships within the healthcare sector.
