Our team is international, our engineers are coming from different countries as we are looking for the best talents

SUITABLE CANDIDATE

You enjoy analising concrete problems, finding solutions and then setting them up.

Getting involved in significant industrial and engineering projects involving very demanding precautions as regards industrial safety captivates you.

Your good analytical skills, sense of logic, aptitude for synthesizing and your scientific knowledge will allow you to adapt quickly to multi-system environments.

You have the ability to adapt to new technical problems. You know how to manage a small-sized team.

You like the idea of working on Projects and Quality matters to you.

You are a good team player.

THE ROLE

You will be part of the Plant Integration Team which is responsible for the custodianship of the different replication and configuration processes across the project for the Client as well as the Nuclear Service Agreement Consortium.

The goal of the replication is to maximise the reuse of the Project Design with a strong justification that it meets the site specific conditions whilst controlling the replication baseline (project design) that may evolve.

The goal of the configuration management will be to ensure proper control of the baseline, from the requirement to the physical product passing by design, inherited and replicated, and modified to comply with the project site specific conditions or changes within the supply chain.

Your role will be to produce and/or update Configuration and Replication procedures applicable to the project at a wide level or to the NSA Consortium. Configuration procedures can relate for example to Open Points and Design Changes.

Other activities related to the configuration and replication procedures could become part of your scope depending on the workload balance, such as the following:

  • Creation/update of training material and delivery of training sessions
  • Establishment, production, and assessment of KPIs/metrics
  • Production of status accounting reports
  • Production of self-assessments (to review whether process is being followed and if it’s efficient).

To perform these activities, you will be in interface with:

  • Plant Integration Configuration and Replication managers
  • Project Technical Directorate - Engineering Integration Configuration and Replication manager
  • Design entities.

During the first months, you can count on the KURY Team to assist you all along your projects.

This experience will give you the opportunity to move on to other projects in the medium term: you will tackle varied but complementary projects, studies and technical topics. Your understanding of the technical and environmental challenges will allow you to take on complex and critical transversal studies.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Experience in Technical integration or Configuration Management.
  • Experience in the nuclear industry, an EPR project, operating plant or an industrial site.
  • Knowledge and good understanding of EPR technology, engineering design sequences and interfaces.
  • Good management skills, ability to deal with stakeholders.
  • Good organisational skills, ability to meet commitments and deadlines.
  • Leadership and proactiveness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident in communicating in an international environment.
