Ideal candidates will have a background in engineering, manufacturing, or technology/R&D, with qualifications in mechanical, electrical or electronics engineering. Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Define and plan projects with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate resources to execute projects efficiently.

  • Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Oversee project budgets, costs, and risk assessments.
  • Produce necessary project documentation.
  • Adhere to company policies and professional standards.


Project Manager Key Skills & Experience:

  • Inspire and motivate the team, manage resources, and sustain a positive team environment under pressure.
  • Manage uncertainties and the risks associated with new technology, navigate sudden changes and obstacles, and keep projects on track.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a strong drive to achieve results.
  • Excellent communication skills for client-facing and internal interactions.
  • Eagerness and ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar areas.
  • Formal qualification in mechanical or electrical/electronic engineering.
  • Experience in managing engineering projects, particularly in bringing new technology to market.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in estimating, budgeting, and cost management.
  • Proficiency in project and risk management tools and methodologies.
