At Alexander Lloyd, we are currently partnered with a Trustee organisation that has 87,000 members across 49 employers in the higher education sector. They are now looking to continue their expansion to take on an additional Senior Benefits Technician.


Role & Responsibilities

  • Assisting the administration managers day to day, ensuring the smooth running of the team
  • Undertaking system testing which can include calculations and process testing
  • Creating reports including: timesheets, work allocation and volume and identifying risks
  • Conducting 121 meetings with junior team members


Experience Required

  • 5 years pension administration experience
  • Strong understanding of both DB & DC pension administration calculations
  • Detailed understanding of relevant legislation across the pensions industry
  • Ability to support other team members in their development


Our client are based in London and would be seeking an individual to be office based 5 days a week during the 6 month probation and after completion you can do 2 days a week.


With a competitive salary of up to £44k + benefits, this an exciting opportunity for an experienced senior pension administrator.
