EdShed is a rapidly growing global EdTech start-up that helps millions of children practise their spelling, phonics, and maths skills daily. In the past few years, we have grown from a new product to the market leader. Based in Worcestershire, our products include teaching content, physical resources, mobile apps, a web game, and a web-based teacher hub, all driven by a central platform.
We are now looking for a Studio Manager to assist with all stages of our digital production operations.
Job Requirements
You will have experience in an agency environment or a multimedia production environment. You will be fluent in kanban and a master or milestones. You will be the support that the tech, content authoring and art teams never knew they needed to keep their priorities and production specifications in order.
You will:
- Be diligent, detailed and meticulous
- Be able to understand a product vision and translate that into specifications
- You will be able to work through product specifications to test from different user perspectives and ensure that specifications are met.
- You will be adept at coordinating the various components of projects to ensure that overall deadlines are met and any delays are communicated as early as possible.
- Be able to engage with contractors and suppliers where projects require
- Experience working in a primary school environment or working in a similar sector is helpful but not essential
