Role Overview
As a Junior Customer Solutions Engineer, you will be assisting the successful development and execution of advanced technical solutions, supporting both pre-sales and technical initiatives oriented to provide our customers with the appropriate end product.
We are seeking a proactive and organized individual who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role demands strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service. The ideal candidate will take initiative, effectively manage multiple priorities, and contribute to seamless teamwork while consistently focusing on meeting and exceeding customer needs.
Experience in wholesale data centers, colocation, interconnection, cloud, managed services, or critical environments (e.g., nuclear plants, hospitals) is preferred.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Preferably expereince in project management as a project coordinator or above
- Demonstrated customer service experience.
- Proven ability to work in a team.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with remote and in-person teams.
- Skilled in multitasking, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
- Committed to continuous improvement and understanding of the data center industry
