RESPONSIBILITIES


- Provide 1st & some 2nd line user support and assistance to all members of the firm, ensuring that all problems and requests are dealt with within SLA

- Handle escalated issues from 1st & 2nd line support team via ticketing system & MS Teams

- Ensure that all Incident/Alerts/Service requests are worked effectively and efficiently

- Provide guidance, direction and training to co-workers

- Assist in testing fixes and perform post-resolution follow-ups

- Participate in an on-call rota providing emergency IT support out of hours


YOUR PROFILE


- Experience of providing IT support with excellent customer service

- Understanding of Exchange Server and Active Directory

- Knowledge of M365 suite

- Able to pick up bespoke applications

- Excellent customer service skills

- Proactive and professional team player
