We are seeking a seasoned Information Security Manager for a leading global London based end user who are a market leader in their field, and a recognised name internationally.

The successful candidate will take ownership of all infosec compliance and assurance throughout the organisation. You will also be responsible for managing a team of analysts to help the organisation achieve its goals. The role reports to the global CISO

Key deliverables of the role will include:

Managing compliance activity the client’s customer’s base including participating in audit meetings, identifying risk gaps and recommending solutions

Third party supplier management

Framework governance - ISO27001 maintenance encompassing policy reviews, external audits and stakeholder management – internal and external

Technology risk processes – taking ownership of the risk register with senior management

Security awareness and training – the delivery of effective security awareness/ training programmes for both existing staff and new joiners

Working closely with the CISO to develop security policies and procedures

Team management and recruitment

You will need the following background

In-depth experience of ISO27001 implementation and support – ideally lead implementer certified

Experience in a senior management role with a clear focus on risk and compliance encompassing ISO27001 standards, third party supplier management, managing audit/ audit findings, and policy ownership

Experience in the legal or professional services sector highly desirable

Solid technical knowledge and experience within infosec

Risk management experience

Proven record in stakeholder management up to C Level.
