What you'll do

  • The Head of Brand has responsibility for developing the strategy, design and implementation of the brand across the business. This includes development and ownership of the Brand identity, tone of voice, and look and feel for all areas of the business including International Travel but excluding High-Street.
  • The position will work cross functionally with HR, and customer facing teams to develop and implement an ongoing programme ensuring each area of the business is engaged in the Brand. Work cohesively alongside Senior Campaign Manager, Marketing Ops Manager and HO International Marketing as an MLT, positively driving change, improvement – elevating the brand.
  • Be an inspiration to the wider marketing team, showing thought leadership and a thirst for excellence of brand standards.
  • The Head of Brand will work closely with the Insight team to lead Brand health and customer reporting, regularly sharing performance with the business and taking responsibility for designing and implementing strategies to either maintain or grow metrics aligned to brand strategy.
  • Develop visual Identity and take responsibility for ensuring it is correctly applied across the business and in our external communications· Ensure the brand is managed and developed in line with appropriate research results and business requirements that can be adapted per format.
  • Becoming an Ambassador for the brand to ensure the brand is used correctly and consistently across the company. Pro actively promote correct usage; in terms of our values and personality but also tone of voice and visual appearance through influence of the Internal Design Team.
  • Managing the team responsible for production and development of all branded material B2C and B2B, with support from your team. (Studio of 5)


Who you are

  • +5 years experience in retail/FMCG
  • Attention to detail with a forensic approach to customer insight
  • A natural thirst for creativity and brand amplification
  • Retail is fast paced, therefore organisation, resilience and commercial acumen is necessary at all times.
