Length of Contract: 3 months
Day Rate: £150 – £200 per day
Location: Fully Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare and process HR documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and onboarding materials.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee queries related to HR policies, compensation, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and other employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HR software is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
