Are you an experienced Operational/ Enterprise Risk professional able to own Group NFR reporting a for a sizable bank?


A unique opportunity to stand up and own the Group ERM reporting infrastructure for a mature, multi-product bank as part of a transformation period. This opportunity gives you a licence to roam across al areas of the bank, working collaboratively with like minded colleagues whilst being the group sme in risk reporting.


You will replace the existing group infrastructure and roll this out across all areas of the bank that incl. (un)secured and commercial lines.


To be considered you will have the following experience/ ability:

  • Lead the roll out of the risk reporting/ MI for a banking institution (preferably retail) e.g. introducing centralised MI source areas
  • Own, configure and implement a new GRC tool (Riskconnect);
  • Own and manage the supplier relationship
  • Review data quality and present to board/ committees
  • Lead on Reporting for Strategic as well as Emerging Risk at Group level
  • Contact point for the group regarding Enterprise Risk Reporting
  • Manage a small team (potential to grow)
  • +5 years in a related risk reporting role, preferably with much of the above experience


This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days average in an office of your choice.

You must be a UK resident; we are unable to offer sponsorship.


Note, this is a NFR role, UNSUITABLE for Financial/ Regulatory Reporting professionals or alike.
