THE ROLE: The successful Market Access Manager will be winning, managing and developing relationships at the most senior level within the NHS from a decision-making perspective - typically directors, heads of service, commissioners, heads of transformation etc. A real focus will be on patient pathways and influencing strategy, formulary inclusions and bulk purchasing deals. THE COMPANY: Exciting times for this well-established, growing organisation who provide competitively priced, quality products. They supply a range of wound care, debridement, bandaging and compression hosiery for use within community / primary care environments. They are seeking to recruit a commercially focused, strategic healthcare sales professional to help influence senior NHS teams and procurement.

THE REQUIREMENTS: The ideal candidate should come from a wound care sales background but candidate who have experience selling and influencing formularies will also be considered.

THE TERRITORY: Northeast & North Yorkshire.

CULTURE: A genuine focus on selling clinically, patient outcomes and providing quality education and training to customers. Hybrid remote and face to face working to help with work / life balance.

THE PACKAGE FOR MARKET ACCESS MANAGER:

  • Basic: £50-62K
  • Bonus: £12k
  • Car: Fully expensed company car or £780 pm allowance
  • Benefits: Healthcare, pension, 25 days holiday + stats
Desired Skills and Experience

Due to the specialist nature of the role, wound care sales experience is necessary to be considered. Experience dealing at a senior level will enhance your application.
